Eşim ve 3 yaşında kızım ile 1 gün konaklama yaptığımız otelde, ayak bileğimin alçıda olması sebebiyle otel personeli kapıda karşıladı ve çok samimi güleryüz ile yardımcı oldular. Odalar ferah temiz, restaurant bölümü güzel, havuzu yeterli. Birdaha tercih edebileceğim güzel otel.

Doğu Anadolu turu sırasında Van'da konakladığımız gece bu otelde kaldık. Merkeze çok uzak, akşam gidebileceğiniz bir yer yok. Sadece göl kıyısında yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz. Kaldığımız bungalovlar çok kullanışsız. Hangi akla hizmetle banyo ve tuvaleti aşağıda ve odayı yukarıda yapmışlar? Özellikle yaşlı veya engelli bireylerin o merdivenleri kullanması imkansız. Konaklama öncesi mutlaka misafirlere oda tipi bilgisi verilmeliydi. Yatak merdivene o kadar yakın ki gece sağa sola dönerken merdivenden aşağı yuvarlanabilirsiniz. Alt katta banyonun karşısındaki penceredeki uyduruk perde doğru düzgün kapanmıyor, yoldan geçenler rahatça içeriyi görebilir. Üst kattan göl manzarası güzel ama alt kat izbe. Her yönüyle mimari tasarım faciası bir otel. Yandaki tesisten gelen müzik sesi odanın içinde. Akşam yemeği çok güzeldi, kahvaltısı da iyiydi. Bunun için 2 yıldız verdim.

28/04/2025te Jolly gap turuyla giderek otelde bir gece konakladık.Konumunu,manzarasını, bize gösterilen ilgiyi, özellikle kahvaltısını(Yasemin hanımın elleriyle hazırladığı çok güzel kek ve hamur işlerini),sessizliğini çok beğendim.Tabiki sezon başlamadığından dış mekan düzenlemesi yapılmamış.Bahçede bir odada kaldık bu da ayrıca hoşuma gitti. Bir daha Van’a gidersem hiç düşünmeden kalacağım bir otel.Emeği geçenlere çok teşekkürler.

Dedeman'a yakışmadı.
Odalar temiz değil. Koltuklar ve dolaplar kırık. Odalar da peçete ,bardak gibi ihtiyaçlar yok. Oturma odası ve banyo soğuk. Banyo da su gideri gitmiyor. Diger Dedemanlara göre arasinda performans acisindan ucurum var.
